ONE BIG THING THAT THE BOSTON CITY COUNCILORS FORGET IS WE ALSO DRIVE CARS SO THE SMALL MINDED THINKING THAT OUR BIKES ARE THE ONLY THING THAT WILL NOT BE GOING TO A CITY THAT DISCRIMINATES IS PURELY WRONG.  A GROUP OF PEOPLE 180,000 STRONG CAN WREAK HAVOC ON A CITIES ECONOMY THAT DISCRIMINATES. THEY ALSO FORGET THAT WE HAVE FRIENDS AND FAMILY THAT WOULD HAVE GONE TO BOSTON IF THEY HADN,T DISCRIMINATED AGAINST US. LIKE THE OLD SAYING SAYS"
I WILL TELL TEN FRIENDS AND THEY WILL TELL TEN FRIENDS AND SO ON AND SO ON". CALL THE CITY COUNCILORS AND LET THEM KNOW HOW YOU FEEL. THEY NEED TO HEAR FROM YOU. COUNCILORS CONTACT INFO

The part that boston has wrong is that the EPA title 40 is a manufacturers standard and is only good for 3730 miles or one year which ever comes first after the consumer purchase. The Federal regulation Title 40 that requires manufacturers to use the Epa stamp is to protect consumers it was never put in place to be used by law enforcement to harass citizen consumers.

The Justice Riders went to a Motorcycle dealership in Boston and looked at a total of 66 New from the manufacturer bikes, only two of them had what the boston noise ordinance claims is a "readily visible" EPA stamp.
This Illegal standard also puts the Boston Police in a dangerous position; as they will have to look for these stamps in "non readily visible" areas most officers will need to get on their backs and be near exhaust pipes to see the stamp.
